Chef Vincent W. Jackson, Sr.

Chef Vincent Jackson, Sr. received his education at Washburne Culinary Institute, Kennedy-King College and Chicago State University. He has worked at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Chicago, Charlie Trotter’s and Red Light, as well as serving as the manager for the Gary Comer Youth Center. He is also the chef-partner of Jack’s Froste Shoppe.
Chef Vincent holds a Serve Safe certification and is affiliated with the American Culinary Foundation, Real Men Cook, Share Our Strength, Phi Theta Kappa and Pythagoras Lodge # 134 MWPHGLIL.
