Washburne offers a full line of catering services and a crew of highly trained, uniformed staff. We can cater anything from an intimate dinner to a gala with more than 2,000 guests. Menus include hot and cold appetizers, salads, food trays, box lunches, cookouts, buffets, desserts and assorted beverages. We can also assist with design, ice carvings, decorations, linen and other complementary services.

Located on the campus of Kennedy-King College, Sikia Restaurant seats 90 people and offers 4,000 square feet of space. It is decorated in an African motif, including Shona stone sculptures and African masks.
The Parrot Cage
Located in the architecturally and historically significant South Shore Cultural Center, the Parrot Cage Restaurant seats 62 people and features 3,500 square feet of space. With floor-to-ceiling windows and elegant design, the restaurant recalls the grandeur of the old South Shore Country Club.
